Boehner asks: Do You Feel Safer?

Thursday, April 30th, 2009 | TV and text | No Comments

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009 | Obama and the Dems | No Comments

In these video clips Nancy Pelosi fields questions about waterboarding.  She claims that she was told in a briefing that waterboarding could be used — not that it was being used, and she further claims that the CIA was going to tell her if they did indeed start to use waterboarding or other enhanced interrogation techniques. Beck makes a strange analogy to illustrate: telling his guest, Jay Sekulow, that he might be setting Jay’s grandmother on fire. Beck then asks Jay if he would remain passive in such a case.

Did the comment help or hurt Obama?
